They are what stop us from putting our best foot forward.
Energy Drainers can be things like:
- That nasty little voice that we’re so used to hearing, we just accept that it has authority. (Our Inner Critic)
- The things we’re putting up with. Often the “putting-up-withs” fly UNDER our radar (conscious awareness) and drain our energy without us even realising! (Tolerations)
- Not being clear about what it is we DO want. (Confusion & Overwhelm)
- Being confused by the number of choices that are part of modern living. They alone can make some people want to give up! (Modern Living)
- Being convinced that we can’t start _____ until we’ve done ____! (Irrational Thinking)
